Das frische Gebäck bietet der Bäcker im Haus. Skilift und zahlreiche Restaurants befinden sich in Gehdistanz. Das Appartement bietet mit seinem Wohnzimmer und dem Schlafzimmer Platz für 2-5 Personen. Es hat ein separates WC und Bad und vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man auf die Loggia mit Blick auf die Berge von St. Oswald.

Die Wohnung bietet auf 87 qm 2 Schlafzimmer (Masterbedroom mit Kingsize Bett & einem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten), Badezimmer mit Dusche/Badewanne, Wohnzimmer mit getrenntem Essbereich und ausgestatteter Küche. Alle Leistungen, welche eventuell im Hotel genutzt werden, können ausschließlich über das Hotel vereinbart werden und separat durch das Hotel verrechnet und nicht im Vermietungspreis enthalten!

Die 145 m2 große, gemütliche Wohnung befindet sich in einem typischen, traditionsreichen Gasteiner Haus, erbaut 1929. Von der Wohnung aus blickt man auf die sensationelle Kulisse von Bad Gastein, Gamskarkogl und dem Gasteinertal. Sie liegt nahe der Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade und ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für WANDERUNGEN, THERMAL-BÄDER, GOLFEN, REITEN und SCHI-AUSFLÜGEN. Sie ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß von Wasserfall und Zentrum entfernt. Meine Familie liebt diesen Ort des Besonderen.

This is an entire apartment with a great view to the Gastein valley! The apartment has one separate bedroom with a double bed; a charming living room with a dining table in front of the big window. There is a pull-out sofa placed in the living room, suitable for 2 persons as well. The kitchen is newly renovated and has cooking basic available for guest (e.g. coffee to start mornings). There is a shower available in the bathroom with a washing machine and one toilet separately.

Berge pur! Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in der alten Schule auf 1300m Seehöhe. Wandern, Skifahren oder einfach genießen. - Wir vermieten mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Badvorleger, Geschirrtüchern und Saunahandtüchern. - Toilettenpapier, Seife, Geschirrspülmittel, Reinigungsmittel, Schwämme sind vorhanden. - Eine Sauna mit Zirbenholz und der Wellnessbereich sind nutzbar. Die Sauna kostet 2 €/Stunde. - Am besten die Lebensmittel gleich mitbringen (15 km zum Supermarkt).
