The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

The home is in a great location in the heart of the Texas Hill Country and sits where the Colorado River & Pedernales River merge with Lake Travis. The Hammock House (HH) is a quiet space to just get away. Designed for two – a little relaxation and reflection, away from the busyness of life. If you just have to get out, its a great central location for Enchanted Rock, Longhorn Cavern, Pedernales State Park and historic Fredericksburg. Located in the Hill Country, 1- hr west of Austin and 7 mi from Marble Falls. Once you enter the private gate, meander down to the HH tucked away on this 200 acre privately owned parcel.

Tree House Tiny Home

If you are looking for a unique experience outside of Austin, make your way to this vacation rental in Lakeway! This is a luxury tiny home with a well appointed interior, upscale appliances and a wealth of windows to pull the outdoors inside. While the location will feel secluded, this property is just 5 minutes to Briarcliff boat ramp community on Lake Travis. We are just 25 miles from downtown Austin. Two dogs allowed no cats or other animals. Pet fee of $25 non refundable.

Panoramic views of Lake Austin high in the hills

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home (2,296 sq/ft) with breathtaking panoramic views of Austin, Lake Austin, and Mansfield Dam. I have a 1GB internet connection so it's great for working remotely. It is a very relaxing home with an absolutely amazing view!! The outdoor areas of the house are what really make it special. The house is 50 minutes to COTA and 30 minutes to Zilker Park (ACL) and downtown Austin. 7 minutes to Lakeway. 10 minutes to H‑E‑B.
