We keep the pantry locked so that our supplies are not in the way but otherwise you are free to use whatever you wish! We are available whenever you need. We have a keyless entry door for your convenience but live 3 minutes away if any issues occur. The home is set in a leafy residential neighborhood and minutes away from Uptown’s spectrum of trendy restaurants, boutiques, and lively nightlife spots. Check out a concert at The Fillmore, then grab a pint next door at VBGB Beer Hall and Garden. We have a driveway and street parking. We recommend lyft and Uber which should be a 5 minute drive into the city! Our house rules are very strict: NO PARTIES. NO SMOKING (of any kind). We monitor check-in so any discrepancies will result in your reservation being cancelled.

Outside, the fenced backyard beckons you and your furry friends to unwind and gather around the fire pit. Conveniently located 0.5 mile from the Parkwood Rail Stop, 1.1 miles from uptown, on the greenway and walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. Large stylish 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with three floors in quiet neighborhood. Built in 2021 with many upgrades, you will feel very comfortable here. House is two blocks from the stadium and includes two free parking spots. In the other direction, it is just 100 feet or so to a very nice park and greenway. Each bedroom has a queen bed and HDTV, and on the second level, there is a pullout couch with queen-sized memory foam bed. Large patio on top floor with seasonal view of downtown.

Only minutes from Charlotte's best restaurants, galleries, and bars, you'll be in the middle of it all. Ideal for business trips, weekend explorers, and anyone looking for a truly authentic visit. We are dog-friendly, however, there is a $100 non-refundable pet fee and a 2 Pet max. Let us know whether you are bringing your pup!

Enjoy homey comfort while having quick access to all the action. Tucked in a residential street, our adorable 2 bedroom cottage is a 5 minute drive from uptown and 15 from the airport. It is less than a mile to the Camp North End area, home of all things hip: live music, art, boutiques, breweries, etc. Some of the home’s perks include a fenced yard, fast wifi, Netflix, a great kitchen, and modern decor. It is a perfect home base! Dogs ok with pre-approval and $30 fee (details below).

At 400 square feet, it’s a bigger tiny home located in the Plaza Midwood neighborhood, close to all the shops, restaurants, and nightlife. The Kube was featured on the 2017 Plaza Midwood Home Tour! The space has high ceilings and exposed beams, making it both spacious and cozy. It’s LGBTQIA, family, and pet-friendly. You will have your own private walkway, front patio area, and large backyard.
