The house sits right at the mouth of Spanish Fork canyon, right off HWY 6. Diamond Fork hotpots are about 25 min away. Sundance Ski Resort is only 20 min away and only another 20 to Park City!

Kicks on 6 is a cool, comfy basement suite with a private entrance, full kitchen, and big screen TV. Located at the mouth of Spanish Fork Canyon, just off the intersection of HWY 6 and 1-15 (common routes to Utah's awesome National Parks), and 20 minutes south of the Provo Airport, it's a great place to stop and rest on your way to or from your adventure trip. Enjoy a quiet suite adjacent to a park with a walking path, picnic tables, a playground, and scenic views of the surrounding mountains.

Cozy non smoking or vaping Studio apartment located above our detached garage. Kitchenette, big screen TV with cable, and WIFI. I have 1 king size bed and 1 sofa sleeper, So you can sleep 4 people, two in the bed and two on the sofa hid a bed. We are Located in a quiet rural farming community about 30 minutes South of Provo Utah. Beautiful Mountain View with Easy access to the Freeway . We have a Convenient BBQ area with a pergola and mood lighting for a relaxing night setting.

Cozy basement retreat in a quiet neighborhood, near restaurants, shops, and mountains. 15 min from BYU, 25 min from UVU, 45 min from Salt Lake, 30 min from 5th Water Hot Springs, 21 mi from Sundance. (Small family lives upstairs.) Due to a severe family allergy, we can’t host Service or Emotional Support Animals. Airbnb approved an exemption. Sorry for any inconvenience!

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Small Private Studio with a full kitchen. One Queen-sized bed. Roku TV with Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Disney+, and Crunchyroll. Speedy Fast Fiber Internet. Feel Free to Read the books, but please be respectfull :) One designated parking space plus guest parking and street parking.

Lux Garden Villa

Get cozy at the Villa! The space can be arranged for one to six guests, especially if 1-3 are young children. The main sleeping areas are the king sized Original Purple bed, the couch, and a queen-sized air mattress. BEST ROMAN SOAKING TUB EVER! Comfortably fits two adults, even if they’re both over 6’ tall!
