Take in the beautiful mountain views from a fully fenced backyard (shared with occasional guests in the separate basement apartment) with a deck and patio are perfect for spending time on the property, or guests can walk 4 houses down the street to access the SF River trail.

Bring the whole family, where there's lots of room for fun, including Skee Ball! Each bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a queen size bed and an additional full bed in the theater room. Yes! Enjoy some of your favorite movies in our spacious theater room with recliners for all. We also have a private patio where you can grill up some steaks and relax in the hot tub. This basement apartment has a private entrance with plenty of parking on the street, including trailers. No smoking, parties, or pets.
