Peaceful and away from it all but close enough to explore the beauty of the Peak District and Chatsworth House. Matlock is a couple of miles away with restaurants, shops and amenities. Long stay short stay garden cottage is a comfortable self contained 2 bed barn conversion on a peaceful farm . On the edge of Collingham a beautiful village .Newark show ground is 2 miles away close to the A1 and A46 lots to see and do cathedral city Lincoln Newark with its historic castle, Sherwood forest Robin Hood home, fishing Cromwell weir Or just chill enjoy a walk round the 44 acre farm feed the goats ducks chickens ,see the horses. Located in a small village with beautiful countryside views, this spacious, 150 year old character cottage is self-contained with a garden to the front and a courtyard to the rear. It has two bedrooms, a newly refurbished bathroom, beamed living room and spacious kitchen diner. The cottage is 7 miles north of Melton Mowbray on the Notts / Leics border. Originally converted from a barn in the 1850s, it has been recently refurbished to a high standard but still retains many original features.

‘ The Nook' is a cosy 1 bed holiday cottage, which is set in the village of Laneham, North Nottinghamshire. The cottage has a number of quirky features, exposed beams, a wood burning stove and a hot tub. The village boasts one of the best pubs in the area 'The Bee's Knee's, which is a 30 second walk.
