Luxury on the Beach

Condo, 1 Bedroom + Convertible bed(s), 1 Bath, (Sleeps 4) Beautiful LUXURIOUS beach condo, granite kitchen, all new floors, a few feet from a 12' waterfall! Open the windows and all you hear is the waterfall and the tropical birds in the garden area. Relax in the luxury spa shower! This is a VERY quiet unit, B123. You'll feel like you are truly in a unique paradise! This is a garden view unit, with a peek of the ocean looking through the tropical gardens. This unit is a second home and is comfy, classy, and AFFORDABLE! North Coast Village is located right on the sand and is one of the finest swim and surf beaches in Southern California. Walk to the pier or the harbor! Relax in the tropical environment, or spend your days surfing, boogie boarding, or just laying on the beach. The beach is a VERY short walk from the unit. Walk to the downtown area where you will find fine restaurants, movie theater, shops, museum, and a weekly farmer's market.

Bright and Spacious 1 BR in Pacific Beach. Next to the Bay. Walking distance to everything. Ocean, Shopping, Fanuel Park with a playground for kids. Large Private Patio and Rooftop Patio. All the amenities! WiFi, Netflix, Full Kitchen, Washer/Dryer, Two Parking spots. Private Patio includes Fire Pit, Grill, 2 Beach Cruisers, Coolers and Children's Beach Toys. I live in PB, no vacation property management. I'm close by to ensure a quality stay! You won’t find a better place, I guarantee it! Jesse

Fantastic Vacation Condo on the Bay

Spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bath upstairs bay front condo on Newport Beach's Harbor with a view of the Historical Balboa Pavilion Building and looking directly at Balboa Island. The nautically appointed living room, kitchen and dining area look out through sliding glass doors which allow you to watch the boats sail by. This is a quieter area of the Balboa Peninsula, walk to the Fun Zone, Balboa Pier or rent bikes and cruise the boardwalk. Parking for 2 cars. Come enjoy the Newport Peninsula.
