Come relax in our newly remodeled North Park craftsman located in a quiet neighborhood that is a foody, Millenial paradise! 7-minute walk to 30th street and 15-minute walk to University - each with a plethora of trendy coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. Eight min drive to Balboa Park/San Diego Zoo and fifteen-minute drive to Coronado beach. Coffee and tea is provided, although you will probably prefer a five-minute stroll to Santos Coffee house for a cold brew and breakfast bagel.

The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

NOTE: This property is 2 miles away from the main park. The Hideaway House, located two miles away from Vinyl Vineyards, features an open floor plan with a Queen bed, full bath, fully stocked modern kitchen, stylish contemporary decor, high speed internet, smart TV, deck, BBQ, outdoor table, private pool, tennis courts, firepit, jaw dropping vista views of vineyards and the 35 acre wooded property. 2 parking spots. Linens, towels, and basic kitchen supplies provided.

If you love vintage charm, authentic beach vibes, and a beautifully imperfect simpler time, you have found your people. If you need modern finishes or luxury amenities, she is not your girl, and she is totally okay with that!

Topanga Pool House

The Topanga Pool House is a resort like property located at the edge of the State Park, with canyon views & ocean breezes. The infrared sauna, cedar plunge pool, hot tub, outdoor bed and yoga deck provide an escape from the hustle of the city. Guests have said it's "as if you have a resort to yourselves" "spa like" "magical and healing" and that's the experience we strive to provide. We live in the upstairs unit but prioritize guest's privacy at all times.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath, beach cottage with a modern contemporary flare. Open concept to allow a spacious feel with all the amenities to feel at home. This unit was completely gutted and redone, so any reviews prior to May 2022 were about the older unit prior to the major remodel.
