We had a brilliant stay at Nicola’s house. It is beautifully done and very clean. Easy to find and get in with the lockbox. Amazing location for Whitstable high street and the beach. Would highly recommend!

Carol was extremely helpful and friendly. She was a great communicator and gave us lots of recommendations to do whilst in the area. Carol's house is is a great base for a holiday in this area.

Whitstable is a lovely warm-the-soul sort of place and this is the ideal AirBnB if you’re planning a visit. Kate (your host) has performed a pristine renovation of a beautiful cottage on Albert Street - it’s private and quiet, and just one-minute from everywhere you want to be. We’ve stayed there twice. Kate is a great host, always responsive and helpful. You can’t go wrong.

A beautiful cottage in an amazing location. The house is really homely, clean, well equipped and comfortable. The backyard was a fantastic bonus - a real sun trap that made a sunny Easter weekend all the more enjoyable. The area is really quiet and walking distance to great restaurants, walks, the 'beach' is at the end of the lane. The bikes are as described (heavy and uncomfortable) , but if you bring your own the side access to the back yard makes it easy. A wonderful place to stay in a wonderful little part of the world. Damselfly Cottage is in a wonderfully central yet peaceful location, within a few minutes walk of everything. There is a private car park close by, which is a great benefit. There is a patio and balcony overlooking the river and a pretty park at the back. Everything was great inside and Tony and Moya were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. We had a lovely stay and should we return to Canterbury wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Tony and Moya!

We had a great stay in Whitstable. The house was clean and everything was as described. The stairs are very steep so we had to be very careful descending them while holding a baby Parking was limited in the streets around the house but we managed to find a space most days although had to use the pay and display car park at the end of the road on one occasion. The house is in a great location just a 5 minute walk to the high street where there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. Would recommend to others.

Lovely property with plenty to do a short walk away. Ideal for our family with my mother with some mobility issues.

The flat is perfect for a stay for one or two people for a short break in Rochester. It's is easily walkable to and from the station and easy to find. It was peaceful but near the centre, the castle, cathedral and river with an incredible number or eateries nearby. The instructions for getting in were clear with no problems and the key box easy to use. (I have fought with a couple in the past!) The flat itself was spotless with all the amenities you need. There was plenty of kitchen equipment and Linda left milk, tea and coffee. My only note of caution, was it was up 3 flights of stairs which was easy to manage but I did have to take my bags (I don't travel light so had two ) one at a time. I would highly recommend this most comfortable flat if staying in Rochester

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

It was the perfect home away from home! Everything was super straightforward and accessible including shops, parks/open spaces, check in, parking etc. The home was beautifully decorated, clean and tidy. Not a bad word to say about my visit and if I’m ever in the area again I would definitely stay again :)

We really enjoyed our stay at Robert and Lorraine's house. The flat is right opposite the beach which is amazing. The flat was very clean. Beds were comfortable. There were plenty of clean towels which was very handy. overall a very positive experience.

We've had a great stay in Witstable. The apartment is very close to the sea, when the tide is low you can sea the oyster beds. We walked on the market on Saturday and tried fresh oysters farmed from a few hundres meters away. The apartment has a parking space, which was very handy, it had good rooms, bathroom and kitchen. Host is friendly and responsive. Definately a recommendation.

Delightful stay. The flat was a perfect size and the breakfast/welcome basket made it an even easier trip with breakfast and more taken care of. Immaculate and lovingly decorated. Stephen and Debbie were great, thoughtful hosts. Would recommend without hesitation.

Harry is a very friendly host, ready to help and flexible! Really nice top floor flat which has a personal touch in every way. I'd highly recommend Harry and his flat!

We had a great Christmas. The house is a much bigger then the photos. Plenty of space for a large family and more then enough hot water for all of us!! The house is very clean, enough pots, pans plates etc. Lovely setting, loved the little church, which is open for visiters only, seeped in history.

We had a lovely stay in West Mersea this weekend. The airbnb is in a perfect location, with a short walk down to the beach. The property is beautiful and spacious and the projector is incredible! Tony and Mas were wonderful hosts and were easily contactable throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

Julia’s place is spacious, beautiful, clean and an easy commute for us due to the Elizabeth line train station less than 5 mins walk from the house. Julia was responsive for any questions and we will definitely book again when visiting London.
