A perfect spot for our weekend exploring the city. Great location-easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, tram and train. Super comfortable and great hosts.

I had a wonderful stay at Angela's place! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Angela was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. She provided clear instructions for everything in the apartment, which made it easy to settle in and feel at home from the start. The amenities included with the apartment were very useful and added to my comfort during the stay. Additionally, having a café nearby was a fantastic bonus, making it easy to grab my morning coffee. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable experience. I highly recommend staying here and would happily book again in the future. Thank you, Angela!

A very enjoyable stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and very nicely decorated. The location is great, well within walking distance to the city and right by the South Melbourne markets. Would definitely stay again and recommend others giving it a look!

Was met by the owner at the premises. They are particular about their customers and following the communal rules which I like. The unit is better than it looks on the photos. The bed and pillows super comfortable and a lovely kitchen with and pleasant outdoor area surrounded by trees and greenery. I would recommend to stay here as I will stay again. Much better than hotel and a homely feel.

Fantastic 3 week for 4 people stay at this outstanding penthouse in Brunswick! The apartment is just minutes walk to the lively shops and cafes etc of Sydney Rd and in particular the local bakeries for breakfast supplies each morning . The location is very close to either the train or trams - literally 2 mins walk to either. The hosts are very responsive and everything was well managed. On arrival there was generous supplies of coffee pods and tea 's provided and a warm invitation to use any of kitchen supplies we needed during our stay. A personal favorite is that a soda stream was also provided (a small thing but always a delight !). The apartment is bright and airy (and just like the photographs) with a very large terrace space with loads of seating and comfy couches. The bedrooms had 'whisper quiet' air con units that made for great sleeps on those extra warm nights. The broadband speed is very fast. We would love to stay at this outstanding Penthouse apartment again.

Susan was a fantastic host, Easy to get in touch with , clear instructions never had any problems , the place was in a perfect location for , if you want to go out , eat , drink , party or even get short train or tram to the CBD. Had a wonderful time in Melbourne :)

Such a great stay! The location is fantastic, very walkable and super quiet given the proximity to the station (you barely hear the trains when inside!) The studio is really private and has a nice outdoor space with plenty of greenery. It’s just a lovely space to be in with everything you could ever need!

The apartment was great - clean and comfortable - and walkable to plenty of cafes, restaurant etc. The noise from Revolver (the club next door) on the weekend was audible as clearly described, but was not overly loud, I slept through it just fine. Enjoyed my stay and the hosts were very friendly and responsive.
