Whispering Oak in the heart of Midtown

Built in 1908 and well preserved and loved over the decades. The front garden once featured a massive 200 year old Oak tree from which we named the property. The front garden is enclosed with an iron fence and gate with off street parking. The house is divided into two private apartments each with an entrance form the front porch. There is a lovely covered patio in the private back garden. Inside the apartment you will find an inviting space with tasteful decor and all the comfort of home.

Close to most attractions, entertainment and interstate. Street parking easily available in front of unit. Pet friendly. Street parking easily available in front or private parking for one vehicle in back.

We are near an International Airport and a railroad, so if you are accustomed to total silence, this may not be ideal for you.
