Contemporary 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home on a private, wooded, 1/2 acre lot in the North Sea area of Southampton. 3-minute drive to the bay beach. 12-minute drive to the ocean. Nicely furnished. 2 Queen & 1 Full bed. Large backyard is enclosed with deer fencing. (It is not not pet proof) Reduced rates for mid-week stays. **We appreciate guests with robust Airbnb profiles and give details about their reason to visit Southampton. Great little place just for a couple

It's quiet and cozy here. The yard is completely fenced with tall, green shrubs. The garden is full of flowers and trees. There's a gas grill, a fire pit, and a place to dine under an umbrella. I rent out a separate half of the house and a sitting area to guests. You won't be disturbed. Sometimes I visit my separate half of the house, but I only go there occasionally. There are no other guests on the property—just you. I don't charge extra for pets. Parking is free.

Our home is professionally designed and set on a spacious, manicured green parcel enclosed by a Cul-de-sac with complete privacy inside and out. The home is designed with all modern conveniences and is located less than a 5 minute walk to Love Lane (Mattituck's charming downtown), Veteran's Beach (one of the best beaches on the Northfork) and the Mattituck train station. It is a place to relax, unwind and enjoy all that North Fork has to offer.

Quaint Cottage on Long Island's South Shore.

The Cottage is a lovely space enclosed in hedges for privacy on a one acre property. I do have 3 dogs, they are kept in a separate gated area on the property. The cottage is located 3 miles from downtown Patchogue which is enjoying a renaissance. There are many restaurants and cultural activities as well as ferry access to Fire Island (Davis Park) in the warmer weather. We are also the "Gateway" to The Hamptons.
