Located on Toledo Bend Lake, one of the premier bass fishing lakes in the country, and we have the best crappie fishing on the lake right below our marina steps away.

This rustic lakeside fishing cabin is nestled in the tall trees on the very desirable skiers cove. The cabin is 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests. Our property is situated on the Texas side of South Toledo Bend Lake. The public boat launch is located next to the property. Amenities include: Boat dock Kayaks and vests Picnic tables Grills (charcoal/coleman) Fire pit Hammock Wi-Fi Come enjoy yourself and relax in our little slice of paradise. Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.
