Top floor beachfront condo just steps from the ocean!! You’ll love my place because it will not feel like a rental, has the best location on the Island, breathtaking panoramic views, remodeled kitchen, grill, 2 pools ( 1 heated in the winter), 2 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, washer and dryer, dishwasher, 3 LCD TV's, upgraded premium Broadband internet and Wi-Fi throughout, gated parking lot and elevator. Just a few houses away from the beach. This gorgeous and comfortable home has everything you need to kick back and relax with friends or family. Private patio off of the bedroom with views of the water, in-unit washer and dryer, desk for remote office work, and just across the street from the sand. Non-smoking, no pets please. Beach Front Condo

This 1-bedroom has a breathtaking view of the Mexican Gulf with the beach within steps away from the building's backdoor. It features a porcelain tile floor, modern-style furniture, GE appliances, granite countertops, and a 42" HD TV. Renters can enjoy a pool and hot tub. There are elevators in the building and laundry facilities right down the hallway. Four beds: 1 queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed (large twin sleeper), a pull-out single bed (from the loveseat), and a rollaway bed.

Island Cove

Our little beach house has the ideal location. It is half a block from the beach (access through Surf Motel & Boomerang Billy’s Beach Bar), a few doors down from one the Island’s best brunch spots (Grapevine Cafe), a street over from the local grocery store (the Blue Marlin), and walking distance from the night life entertainment district (Louie’s Backyard, Laguna Bob’s, Tequila Sunset, etc...). We hope you enjoy your vacation and will help guide you through our little paradise.
