Access the 3 bedroom /2 bathroom home without stairs for easy access. **Our newly built home is 1/2 of a side-by-side duplex. The Greenhouse and Boho House each have fully private indoor and outdoor space for full privacy. Inside the home you’ll find modern design touches, plenty of workspaces to WFH. Beautiful barn home in Danby

The house is built into a barn. It has rustic charm and modern comforts. It's situated in a beautiful valley with a lovely view. The back porch and yard are nice places for relaxing. There is a basketball hoop in driveway side. Dwelling is 7 miles from Ithaca , which is about a 15 minute drive. There is is no real public transportation, except for a bus that runs to Ithaca at 8am and 5pm on weekdays. To catch it, walk the half mile to the highway and flag it down. Welcome to the country.

Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower). Nicely finished basement. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests.
