We are close to Calangute & Candolim Beach, Clubs like SinQ, LPK, Cohibas, etc. Its good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids) & big groups when booked as rooms together.

This cosy apartment is the best apartment in our property. It's on the 3rd floor and facing the sea. Sea is 250 meters away it's quite in a distance and you have sunny weather. In the rainy season we had to pack balcony with PVC from strong wind and rain. So there will be no view in the rainy season. The apartment is huge, it's 100 square meters, it has a kitchen with all necessary utensils to cook some food, fridge, electric kettle, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery.

We have kept our room as traditional as we can. And to all the bird watching enthusiasts, if you are lucky enough you can spot different kinds of birds roaming in the morning. With a river facing room, on a just 10mins walk you have access to Rajbag Beach which is quite, secluded and among the virgin beaches of Goa.
