If you are visiting Los Angeles on vacation, or that business traveler who is looking for a place to call an office for a few days, this small quaint cottage is that place! The neighborhood is quiet, lively, and neighbors are nice, and access to one of the most peaceful backyards in L.A., perfect for winding down after a long day in beautiful City of Angels.

Retreat offers a spacious cafe style lit deck with amazing views, succulent garden, gorgeous deck off main suite w/ vast views, a calming study to read in & a tranquil meditation style loft. The newly renovated kitchen creates an amazing culinary experience. Steps away from hiking trails & minutes from PCH.

Trendy Topanga Cottage on trails and near beach

Do not book with us if you are going to complain and hoping to get a free stay. Beautiful outdoor soaking tub. This original Topanga cabin complete with brick floors and a turret room which is used as a yoga and meditation loft. It is a rustic space and best for people who enjoy nature & camping. Miles of state park trails are directly off of your private back deck. And the best beaches in CA are just minutes away! If you are physically unable to light a fire in a fireplace, please do not book.

Robin’s Nest artist haven, heaven for families

Charming Robin’s Nest, Vintage trailer extended Topanga style to little house, lovely fenced yard with bbq, shade and lounge seating. incredible views of Santa Monica mountains, on 4 acres, walking distance to Topanga State Park. Boogies boards, beach towels for short drive to Topanga Beach. Unwind, take in the views, secluded, perfect to explore Topanga's secret swimming holes, spring fed creek, hiking/biking trails. Books, board games, puzzles etc. when our hens are laying some fresh eggs.

Cozy cottage located on fernwood pacific drive in the Santa Monica/malibu hills. THIS HOME IS NOT INTENDED FOR PARTIES. It’s located 1 mile from the restaurants, market and coffee shops. This cottage offers endless relaxation. 10 minutes to the beach. Upon request we offer, for an additional fee. Gourmet food service,massages, cupping, acupuncture, body scrubs, lymphatic massage infrared sauna, paddle boarding and surf lessons , cooking demonstrations, yoga classes Soundbaths in the yurt.

Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway

Soak up groovy Topanga vibes and commune with nature at the Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway freestanding guest home. Highlights include lush tropical landscaping, private lawn, furnished decks, hot tub and sauna, an outdoor bathtub and shower, a queen size bed, and large flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, electric stovetop, and Keurig coffee maker. Pirates can accommodate up to 2 adult guests but no children or pets.

Welcome to the historic Markham Estate Manor, built in 1897 and located in the heart of Pasadena. Nestled just off Orange Grove Boulevard —famously known as Millionaire’s Row and along the iconic Rose Parade route—our property is central to Old Town Pasadena, the Huntington Library, the Gamble House, and offers convenient access to Southern California attractions. The property includes the Main House, where I reside, and a charming, stand-alone cottage for guests.

Studio Cottage

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.

2 Bungalows + 2 Baths just ½ mile from the beach, HB Pier & Main St! The Main Bungalow has a full kitchen, built-in dining nook, queen sofa bed & twin sleeper chair. The 2nd Bungalow offers a queen bed, kitchenette, table for two, sofa & TV. A spacious private patio connects both with dining, BBQ, sail shades & a cozy fire pit lounge. Includes one off-street parking space—perfect for families or friends to share while enjoying Huntington Beach.

Franklin Hills is a family-oriented neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles, but close to the hiking, shops, and food in Silver Lake, Los Feliz, Griffith Park, and downtown LA. Peace and serenity in the city.
