This charming, renovated home is just 200 meters from the beach and yacht club — an easy 5-minute walk with a safe crossing at the lights.SWIM,GOLF,WINE & DINE. The house comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms. Inside, you'll find modern amenities including 3 toilets, 2 bathrooms, and an outdoor shower.
