Casa Bonari - un paradiso per gli occhi

Casa Bonari è un appartamento indipendente, non condiviso, su un unico livello all'interno di una villa ai piedi di Monticchiello. E' composto da 3 camere da letto, 2 bagni, cucina full optioned e salotto. Le stanze sono arredate in stile toscano, con vecchi mobili di famiglia ristrutturati uniti ad elementi contemporanei. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e l'appartamento circondato su ogni lato da un grande giardino, così che tutte le stanze vantano un bellissimo panorama sulla campagna.

Apartment and panoramic garden in Civita

We offer accommodation in one of the oldest buildings of Civita, a XVI century building constructed on a former Middle Age tower. The apartment is on the ground floor of Palazzo Contino, former Palazzo Pinzi, with a terraced garden with a breathtaking view on the Calanchi valley and a beautiful garden full of plants and fruits. From the garden you can enjoy beautiful sun rises. The garden is a proper oasis compared to the rest of the village which during the day can sometimes quite crowded.

In an ancient house from 1910, you can stay in a simple and cosy room with bath and kitchenet, whilst enjoying the romantic silence of the olive fields, vineyards and woods around you.

La Cava (Palazzo Pallotti)

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Cottage "L'Assolata" in Tuscany

A lovely cottage in the old farmhouse "Podere Maltaia" that overlooks the Unesco's Heritage protected area Orcia Valley, surrounded by large farmyards and 3 hectares of private land that includes an outdoor swimming pool (opened seasonally, based on outside temperature - please ask to know the dates for the upcoming or ongoing summer season), garden, outdoor dining area, BBQ and parking area (not-covered, free of charge).

Casa Tòrta - comfort room

Casa Tòrta consists of a bedroom, reading room and bathroom, perfect for a short stay or for long periods, having reception services available. In the historic center of Monticchiello, there is this building that dates back to 1200. The large double bed is located in the main room with a fireplace stove with ancient charm. In the brightest room a reading lounge, then the green bathroom with shower.

Castel Brunello - 2 doublebed rooms + terrace

Located in amidst the Tuscan countryside, Castel Brunello is offers an outdoor swimming pool and a garden. This self-catering accommodation features rustic-style furnishings, air condioning and free Wi-Fi.
