Son Parera, Stylish Rural House in Mallorca.

"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Pequeña casa individual con 1500 metros cuadrados de zona ajardinada propia, al lado de un bosque en zona de montículos.Tiene un pequeño estanque para refrescarse (3,5m*2m*1m profundidad).Sólo a 8 minutos en coche de toda clase de servicios: zonas deportivas (Academia de tenis Rafael Nadal),superficies comerciales, restaurantes y a 18 minutos de las playas del Levante de Mallorca (Sa Coma,Cala Varques...). Bonitas puestas de sol. Máxima comodidad en el seno de la naturaleza típica de Mallorca.

Esta casa es un proyecto que se inició en el 2005 y se a finalizado en el 2018. Se realizó en varios períodos pero ahora es un proyecto hecho realidad. Soy una enamorada de la arquitectura balear y esta casa es una muestra de la casa tradicional campesina Mallorquina. Esta decorada con muebles antiguos adquiridos en mercados de segunda mano y algunos de mi familia. Es una casa con mucha luz, acogedora donde uno siente el bien estar y la paz en medio de la naturaleza.

Von Mai bis Oktober fährt auch ein Flughafenbus. Die hier erhobene Touristensteuer ist im Preis inbegriffen.
