Son Parera, Stylish Rural House in Mallorca.

"Son Parera" is a quiet and paceful finca at the east of Mallorca. It is located between green hills and cultivated fields. The wonderful house it's 1,5 km far from Sant Llorenç des Cardassar (village), where there are some typical shops, restaurants, supermarkets and medical Center. You can found some beaches in the township only driving 10 minutes; Sa Coma, s'Illot and Cala Millor, where it's full of sea water activities. In addition, the place it's ten minutes from the Rafael Nadal Academy.

Pequeña casa individual con 1500 metros cuadrados de zona ajardinada propia, al lado de un bosque en zona de montículos.Tiene un pequeño estanque para refrescarse (3,5m*2m*1m profundidad).Sólo a 8 minutos en coche de toda clase de servicios: zonas deportivas (Academia de tenis Rafael Nadal),superficies comerciales, restaurantes y a 18 minutos de las playas del Levante de Mallorca (Sa Coma,Cala Varques...). La Villa Es Garrover esta ubicada en la falda de una montaña con vistas al mar. Es el punto ideal de salida para hacer senderismo. Hay una vía verde de unos 30 km que une los pueblos más cercanos. También hay unas playas maravillosas de arena blanca a unos 800m. En la zona dispone de restaurantes, zonas comerciales, y también ambiente nocturno. En esta zona disponemos de cinco campos de Golf todos ellos en un radio de 15 km. Para los amantes del tennis tenemos varios Clubs.

Son Galta is a natural stone finca is situated in a spectacular location on a hill in the est of Mallorca. The panoramic view from Costa de los Pinos to Calas de Mallorca is stunning. The terraces and all the rooms overlook the sea and the Sa Punta d'en Amer peninsula. The home offers 3 bedrooms on 2 floors. Next to the covered terrace with dining table is a modern gas barbecue.
