This is a stunning, newly-built and newly furnished, open plan apartment on the ground floor with floor-to-ceiling windows looking out to its private garden and patio. The apartment is built on a slope, into the hill and it is truly relaxing. It is located in the picturesque Fonyódliget, surrounded by nature and hiking paths. The beach is less than 5 – 10 minutes walk away and Fonyód town centre is about a 15-20 minutes relaxing stroll by the lake.

A lakás csendes és udvarra néző szobákkal rendelkezik, kb. 40 m2, 2 fő részére kényelmes de a nappaliban még 2 fő részére a kihúzható kanapén "pótágyazható" Keszthely belvárosa 100 m, a Balaton azaz a strand 500 m-re található. Bevásárolási lehetőség minden irányban kb. 600 m-re. A lakásban található törölközőket kifejezetten tilos a hévízi tóra és a strandra vinni!!!! IFA 2025-ben 800.-/fő/éj a helyszínen fizetendő!
