There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.

Our ranch has breathtaking views of the mountains and is minutes away from bike riding, golf, hiking, beaches, horse back riding, wine tasting, and much, much more.
