Our Grover Beach apartment has an ocean view and lots of natural light. It is perfectly located within a couple miles of the Pismo Pier, Arroyo Grande village, and Oceano dunes. It is a .6 mile walk from the beach. It is approx. 650 SF including a living room with sofa bed, private bedroom with queen size bed, and bathroom. NO DOGS. Enjoy ocean views from every room in this one-bedroom apartment with a loft. You can comfortably sleep 5–there’s a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen bed that can be curtained off in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft space above. Park in your own spot and walk 0.6 miles to Leadbetter beach or enjoy all of the restaurants at the harbor. Watch the sunset from the private patio while sipping a glass of Santa Barbara Syrah.

Our home is located behind Santa Ynez High School. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood. Our neighbors have farm animals so you can hear roosters, goats and our chickens we have in the back. The back of our home has 1 acre of Sangiovese grape that is harvested in October. The 1 bedroom apartment is attached to our home. It has a parking on our driveway, private entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom/shower and a bedroom and full size bed.
