This is an open plan studio space (20m2 for the main living space) with an en suite shower room. 2 minute walk to bus stop. 15 minute bus ride to Bath city centre. Local pubs serving food within a short walk On street parking close by. The property is a short 2-minute walk to the bus stop, and a 15-minute bus ride into Bath city center. Two pubs are a short walk away one with an Indian restaurant, there is also a fish and chip restaurant. 3 pubs serving food overlooking the river are a 10-minute walk away, Frequent bus service into Bath city centre. Free on street parking available close by In Batheaston High Street or the village car park which has free 3 hour parking during the day and free overnight parking. Parking is not permitted in Potts Close Lots of local walks nearby including Solisbury Hill and Batheaston river side. I do not accept bookings on behalf of non Airbnb members . The Dye House is a charming cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty, just 3 miles from Bath centre. Walk in along the picturesque canal, take the quirky riverboat from nearby Bathampton or catch a bus. Tucked away privately at the bottom of our large garden, beside a gentle brook, it offers a peaceful, comfortable retreat. There is a pool for summer and a woodburner for winter. Self-contained ground floor unit within our family home- The Annex adjoins the main house via a locked door Weston Village area of Bath close to the M4 and a 5/10 minute drive to City Centre. Free on-street parking. 5 minute walk to the Royal United Hospital (RUH) and therefore a perfect location for those working, studying or visiting relatives at the RUH.
