Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. Totalmente renovada y con todos los lujos necesarios para tener unas vacaciones de ensueño en un paraje idilico.

Superb house for comfort and relaxation

Nice little house providing all comforts with a beautiful view of Sóller. It has a garden and a swimming pool. A large terrace. Very well equipped kitchen. Everything you need to have a wonderful vacation or unwind. Due to the local Balearic Islands taxes, the ecotax should be payed directly ( for 2025 it is 2 euros/ person/day ( for over 16 years old only) + 10% VAT.

The house is a gem of Mallorquin architecture and has been restored and furnished in a contemporary style with terracota floors. It has panoramic views to the mountains and Biniaraix. There are orange, lemon and olive groves nearby.
