This may be my current favorite Airbnb in the United States. :-) definitely in the top three! The space is so peaceful and cozy, well decorated and it was perfect for our family of three and our long weekend in Midway while finishing our SCUBA certification at the local crater. Near everything, including local delicious eats. Z‘s restaurant made the best halibut I’ve ever had in my life. The Pizza Yard had delicious stone fired pizzas, and unique flavors. The space itself was quiet, cozy, and extremely peaceful. Communication was easy and prompt always. We had all of the amenities we could possibly want for. It was a great place to wind down and relax. My husband had to work, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable. The bathtub was a special highlight, the kitchen had all the basics we would need to make a few delicious meals at home when we didn’t feel like eating out, beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. Can’t wait to return!

We had a great time! The home is absolutely gorgeous, it had everything we needed! Plenty of kitchen essentials, towels, and a bonus humidifier in every room. The sheets and beds were very comfortable. Perfect distance to Heber city and park city- we snowmobiled, went to the zoo, checked out the train, and Woodward was also a blast!

This place was perfect for our stay in park city. It was very close to restaurants and within walking distance of the outlet malls. We utilized the fireplace and the hot tub since it was a little chilly outside. Barry was very easy to communicate with and check in and check out was a breeze. This is an apartment condo with rooms above and below the area you stay in. This means you do hear people walking around and talking or their TV/ radio playing. However, neighbors were courteous and were quiet during quiet hours so we had no issues sleeping. Great location, clean place, and great communication made for an awesome stay!

Jorge was a wonderful host. He was friendly and had clear instructions on how to get into the space. We were extremely pleased with the place and all it had to offer. Everything we needed was accessible. I was confident if it wasn’t, Jorge would have made sure we had it. The place was in pristine condition and was beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, especially after long days of fun the mountain. It snowed the first few days we stayed, so having the parking garage was a plus! Such a great place to stay for a family with plenty of space. Would recommend Jorge as a host and this place to stay!!

Two couples stayed for a four day ski trip - the location was great and we had everything we needed in this home. Would highly recommend!

For context, we stayed here for 1 month with a dog and would recommend it. If you're browsing and trying to make a decision, here's a summary of the highlights: 1. Attached garage - very helpful in the winter and uncommon in SLC where houses are older 2. Safe, walkable area with parks - must-have for those with pets 3. Investment in things that matter - Excellent Purple mattress and huge TVs 4. Fantastic host - Brett was very accommodating and responsive. E.g. he helped us get workstations set up, replaced the garage remote, etc. 5. Smart use of space - It's a 1 bedroom with a flex space downstairs. Brett made it very functional with touches like fold-up TV tables I'd strongly recommend this spot! If you're unsure about anything, reach out to Brett. We enjoyed getting to know him when he replaced the garage remote and may consider his other cool properties too next time we're in SLC (love his WabiSabi property!)

Park City is always great, and this little studio is really a cozy spot to stay. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Something to note however, the building does have an elevator but it is not wheelchair or stroller accessible due to 3 stairs that sit in the hallway before the unit. Most of the units in this building seem to be short term rentals as nearly everyone we spoke to was renting and PC is a tourist destination, so while there is plenty of parking you may end up in the next lot over. The hosts are wonderful and respond promptly, you can tell that the unit is being cleaned and kept up. Highly recommend.

Sarah was an outstanding host! She made everything simple and accommodated as much as could have been expected. She was always pleasant. The location is outstanding for skiing and for enjoying the charm of downtown Park City. Once I arrived, I never needed (or used) a car or shuttle. I highly recommend Sarah's place on Main St.!
