For guests who will not settle for a house just by the sea but want it ON the sea. Access to the sea is private and direct, through a private gate and a few steps that lead from the front door to a comfortable seafront frequented only by the villa's guests. The host's family lives in the villa, in independent apartments.

Incantevole casa di pescatori dei primi ‘900. Interamente ristrutturata , seguendo un restauro conservativo anche nel recupero di arredi ed elementi di barche dismesse, utilizzati in maniera funzionale all’interno della casa. Si affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia alla quale si accede dal vecchio portone che veniva aperto per tirare a secco le piccole imbarcazioni.Si compone di una camera matrimoniale, un living con divano letto , cucina, bagno e spazio esterno.
