Come, stay and relax with your loved ones at this modern farmhouse in the heart of California Wine Country. We are just minutes to Napa, and within a short drive to San Francisco and Sacramento. We have home theater with 65" QLED TV and surrounded sound system, power reclining seats for best comfort while enjoying movies, fully equipped kitchen, stocked fridge with clean drinking water, patio seating area with fire pit tucked under fruit trees and vine. Our place is kid and family friendly.

Beautiful; Experience the best of both worlds.

After parking on the property, enter through a private garden gate. The studio apartment has a comfortable home away from home ambiance; enjoy a comfortable queen sized bed, walk in closet, private bathroom, kitchen and closet. Empty drawers too. San Francisco, 30 miles by car, an hour by ferry or bus; Napa, 15 miles away. The studio makes for a great way to see the sites without a high priced hotel while you prepare some meals as you wish. Chic private suite with kitchenette & 2 queen beds

Tastefully designed attached guest suite in the Vista neighborhood has its own private entrance on the bottom floor of our custom mid-century home. Guest will enjoy a large studio with two queen beds, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom. This well-established neighborhood has easy access to I-80 & 780, Hwy 29 & 37, downtown Vallejo and the ferry terminal serving SF daily. Suisun, Napa, and Sonoma Valley wineries are a short drive away. And the quaint town of Benicia is about 10 minutes away.

Newly Remodeled Studio in between SF and Napa!

Newly remodeled studio in a cute safe town by the water. Located 45 minutes from San Francisco and 30 minutes from Napa. We are located in the Bay Area in the city of Benicia. It is a great location if you are planning to travel to Napa and San Francisco during your stay, since it sits right in between those two cities. It is located right on the Bay with a cute downtown area. I can recommend my favorite restaurants and things to do in the area as well!

"New" (2021) construction and modern private studio located in a great neighborhood in the town of Vacaville in the East Bay Area. Private entrance and easy street parking. Full kitchen with a coffee maker, eating/desk area with bar stools, bedroom area with a KING sized bed, 1 full bathroom, washer/dryer in the unit. There is a flat screen TV in the living area and complimentary fast Wi-Fi. We have soft water too.
