Garden Cottage enjoys its own private space within in the owner's beautiful garden. Surrounded by peaceful countryside, this comfortable and stylish cottage has its own private patio with table and chairs. Walkers, cyclists and nature lovers can enjoy the South Downs National Park metres away from this delightful property. Fine dining at Hambledon vineyard is 10 minutes drive away, Beautiful beaches, historic towns, art galleries and theatres in Chichester and Winchester reached in 30 minutes.

"The Old Dairy" at Homelands, Soberton, Winchester

Beautifully created from an old milking shed a 'spacious' 2 bedroom cottage with kingsize beds has all the basics for a week or three for up to 4 adults. The property has been sympathetically created using many secondhand/recycled materials/furnishings, the property is eco/enviro friendly, has NO gas heating, electric heating & log burner, all the wood is from our own plot, almost 80% electric is from solar panels & a huge battery back up. The endless hot water is from an Air Source Heat Pump.

Rivermead Hut Retreat

Set within the South Downs National Park with extensive countryside views our wonderful Shepherds Hut retreat has everything for the perfect getaway. Inside a custom-crafted interior complete with solid wood floors, double glazed windows, a double bed with high-quality linen, kitchenette with hob, full-sized fridge and an en-suite bathroom with toilet and luxury shower. Enjoy the lovely setting of this secluded romantic spot. Relax in the hot tub in the sun or under the stars. Private parking.

The Pigsty

The Pigsty is Winchester's first luxury woodland hideaway, with beautiful views of Vale Farm. Less than 2.5 miles from the historic centre of Winchester, this peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking to visit the city, or escape for some peace. The Pigsty’s domed design with wooden interior has a roll top bath, cosy open plan living space and decking area to enjoy dinner with sunset views. Just a few minutes walk from the famous Clarendon Way, and a 30 minute walk to the city centre.

The modern restroom includes a walk-in shower and Rituals toiletries for a luxury experience. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio or take advantage of the hammocks on the pond both with views of the surrounding garden.

The Piggery: with tennis court and games barn

The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

A massive airy Barn, set in idyllic countryside within South Downs National Park . A stones throw from Hambledon. The Barn SLEEPS 6 adults + 2 children ( bunk beds are children only) . There are 3 bedrooms with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom has a small bunk bed - children only and the king size bed can also be unzipped into 2 singles. Perfect for family get always , a group of cyclists or friends wanting an escape . Fast Broadband, access to laundry facilities. Maximum 2 pets only

Woodrest Cabin, South Downs National Park

Your escape to Woodrest starts with a beautiful walk through ancient woodland to a private and secluded meadow. We have two hand built cabins each set in their own acre of meadow. On arrival you will be met with the most stunning views of the Meon Valley. This unique stay allows you to switch off and enjoy the benefits of being on a family run farm, which has footpaths and woodland for you to explore. The South Downs Way is a short hike away, which leads to a wonderful nature reserve.

The Woodshed

The Woodshed is right in the heart of the South Downs National Park, between the villages of Warnford and Exton, a secluded and peaceful space surrounded by a working farm. The Woodshed has a view of Old Winchester Hill that is magic. Activities in the area include biking, hiking, and angling, and three of the best pubs in Hampshire are within a 5 mile radius. As we are a little distance from the main track, I am happy to come and collect guests from Exton if walking.
