Guest MUST book for their own self - no 3rd party bookings - or contact me first. No pets - I have allergies and breathing issues and this is my 2nd home. AMAZING location for skiing, and in the summer, enjoy the Canyons Village concert series, hiking, shopping, mountain biking and the cooler weather. Ideal for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. NOT suitable for small children and only TWO people maximum. This is a SMALL hotel room - 280 SF. Microwave/small fridge only.

The Pickleball Manor

Our cozy 1,400 sq.ft suite, at the foot of the Wasatch Mountain range, is excellent for business travel, vacations, and exploring the magnificent great outdoors of Utah. We also have all things pickleball! We have 2 courts with lights and over 200 demo paddles four gusts to use. This full apartment basement suite is beneath the main floor of our home. We do have young children however, we do our best to ensure guests enjoy a peaceful stay and guarantee quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

Our place is in the heart of SugarHouse, within walking distance of fabulous restaurants, bus and light rail connections to the airport, city center and skiing. You'll be staying in the building with the Bikram Yoga and Inferno Hot Pilates studio and one yoga class is included in your rental. Pilates classes begin at 6am so you will hear people above you. You are entitled to a pass to Inferno Hot Pilates classes during your stay.
