Only 11 miles to Broadway, and 10-15 minutes to the Opry and East Nashville! Get away from the city buzz in our quiet neighborhood without compromising proximity to downtown. This basement studio features a full kitchen, jetted spa tub, KING bed, and a patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit. Please note that this is the downstairs of our home and there are stairs up to a locked door which we have put a curtain over. We do have a baby and a dog upstairs, so minor overhead noise is possible!

Our home is very close to Barfield Crescent Park which offers hiking and biking trails, a nature center, ball fields, a greenway and more. In this space you will have free on site parking in driveway and garage, outdoor area with fire pit, indoor electric fireplace, washer and dryer and WiFi. Handicap friendly space. Located on five acres and bordered by Stewarts Creek and the Sam Davis Home , guests have their own 590 sq foot suite with private entry door and access to the fenced/gated property. Only 30 minutes to BNA International Airport, Murfreesboro or downtown Nashville! Extra guest charges are for adults only. Up to two children (0-15 years) may accompany parents for no extra charge.
