Our home is perfect for family gatherings, sight seeing, college touring and more. You will enjoy the peaceful surrounding of a quiet street, view the garden with koi pond and wildlife. We are 10 miles from Colgate University, 18 miles from Morrisville State College and 45 minutes to the Baseball Hall of Fame. Cornell University and Ithaca College are 1.5 hours away. There are nature centers with trails (Rogers Center and Wolf Mountain Nature Center), and a classic car museum 12 miles from us.

Cozy town house apartment located right in the middle of town. Just 10 minutes from the Unadilla Motocross track in New Berlin NY. Approximately 30 minutes from Oneonta NY, Cooperstown NY, The Cooperstown Dream Parks, Hamilton NY, and 20 minutes from Norwich NY. State lands for hunting are also close by. The apartment has a full kitchen, full bathroom, and two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and the other with a twin. Living room sofa also converts into a bed for additional sleeping space

With an excellent location on Broad St. in Hamilton Village, the space is just a block walk to campus or downtown. There is a private entrance to the ensuite on the 1st floor (keyless entry code). It has a private bath (shower), king bed, smart TV with basic cable, Keurig, mini fridge, sitting area, and WiFi. A mini-split provides heat and air conditioning. Also, a fireplace w/remote control. A twin rollaway is available upon request. This suite is perfect for campus visitors.

Within a few miles of The Classic Car Museum, NBT Bank, Chenango Memorial Hospital, downtown restaurants and businesses. Also within 20 minutes to Chobani, 30 minutes to Cooperstown Baseball Park in Oneonta, 40 minutes to Baseball Hall of Fame. This stay will be a “Hole in One”!
