Perlini apartment 5 min from old town and beach

Perlini is located in a residential area of the city, 5 min away from the old town and 3 min from the city beach Kolovare. Self check-in if you want. The building is one of the few that remained intact after the World War II and as such occupies an important place in the history of the city of Zadar. In 1901, the building was built by Italian police inspector Perlini. The building is an old lady, but the apartment is new and modern.

My apartment is situated in quiet residental area, but close to all a guest could need for perfect stay. Shopping mall with grocery stores is 2 minutes away, beach and old city 10 minutes walking distance. You have your own garden terrace with table and chairs and free parking. Also perfect for families with children, big garden with slide, swing, turtles and cats.

Our peacefull and comfortable apartment is located in touristic part of Zadar-Borik. It is an ideal place to spend your vacation, relax and have a good time. The apartment is located on second floor and stairs have to be used. There is enough space for six people. There are two rooms with double beds and spacious couch in living room.
