Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Luxury Villa Harmony with heated pool and seaview

The exquisite Villa Harmony is located on the island of Krk. It has a stunning panoramic view. The focal point of the villa is the 50m2 outdoor pool overlooking the olive grove. There is also a summer kitchen and a grilling area along with a large table and chairs.On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a kitchen and one en suite bedroom. Three en suite bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The villa also has a basement arranged for entertainment for both children and adults.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Unique, traditional stone and wood house, completely renovated in such a way as to retain its originality, with lots of rustic details. The house offers very romantic, warm and cozy atmosphere. It spreads on two floors with open space kitchen, dining and living room, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. In the garden there is a private swimming pool, heated in April, May, June, September and October. The house is situated in the very centre of the small village of Pinezići, 700 meters from the beach.

Apartments Nadia are located on the first floor of a family house. Recently furnished, modern apartment offers you comfort for a pleasant stay. There is an olive grove around the house where your children can play and a barbecue for shared use. On same floor is possible to book other apartment big terrace/sea-view. Villa Albina nalazi se u mirnom ruralnom području u mjestu Skrpčići na otoku Krku. Jedinstvena, renovirana na način da zadrži svoju autentičnost, s mnogo rustikalnih detalja. Kuća nudi vrlo romantično, toplo i ugodnu atmosferu Ovaj smještaj idealan je ako želite provesti odmor u prirodnom i opuštajućem okruženju. Uživajte u prekrasnom bazenu te prostranoj unutrašnjosti smještaja. Kuća je udaljena 1,2 km od mora, 90 metara od mini marketa i restorana Ivinčić.
