The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

(+FORBRUG = 3,50 DKK pr. kWh) Sommerhuset ligger i en dal for enden af en sidevej og er trukket tilbage fra vejen. På terrassen er der grillmulighed og i haven et bålfad. Der er 200 meter fra sommerhuset til udsigt ud over Isefjord. Der er opstillet spisebænke ved vandet med fjordudsigt og skulle du få lyst til at tage dig en dukkert, er der opstillet en badebro ved stranden om sommeren. Sommerhuset ligger 10 min til nærmeste indkøbsmuligheder og 45 minutter i bil til København.

Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Danish island summerhouse – fjord view

Our modern summerhouse is situated at Oroe in Isefjorden. The house lies on a 'hilly' plot owerlooking Isefjorden almost at the end of a gravel road. From the beach you can fish and swim. And then Oroe is only 1,5 hours drive from Copenhagen. If this house is booked, feel free to see our other house on Orø.
