Welcome to “Wood View@The Old Grain House. A beautiful oak framed studio set in the grounds of our private family home. A quiet, charming part of Hereford countryside surrounded by farmland and woodland. 5 miles from Hereford, 8 miles Ross, 5 min from Holme Lacy College and 45 minute drive to Hay on Wye. Suitable for one person or a couple, short or long stay, business or pleasure, this is the perfect location for a peaceful retreat whilst exploring many of the famous nearby tourist attractions.

Set in tranquil countryside, on the Welsh Borders, down our private drive, a charming, spacious, 16th Century Tudor cottage enjoys beautiful views, secluded, walled, rose garden, private gate, secure for dogs. A perfect romantic cottage for couples. It boasts oak beams, ingle nook fireplace with wood burner and a large airy cruck beamed bedroom with stunning far reaching views east over Herefordshire countryside. Enjoy the morning sun over breakfast, near the open door and listen to the birds.

Stylish and cosy 1 Bedroom Guest Suite

Situated in the beautiful Herefordshire countryside, close to the Wales border, Adam's Stable is a recently refurbished space, connected to Meadow Barn. The space provides a king size bed, 2 day chairs, microwave and brand new shower room. Breakfast for the first day is provided. With private parking and its own entrance, you can be sure of a wonderfully relaxed and peaceful stay. This area is a paradise for walkers, with many walks very close by, and a local pub only 1.5 miles down the road.

Step into Jinks Cottage and I hope you step into a real ‘home from home’. A cosy cottage with a fabulous & foodie local pub, right on Offa’s Dyke path. The emphasis is on luxury and comfort in this well-equipped, warm, welcoming cottage. Originally built in the 13th century, Jinks Cottage was home to the village cobbler (called Jinks), his wife and six children. Now carefully restored, it provides a spacious country retreat for four, plus your four-legged friends, as we’re very dog friendly!

Peaceful Stone Cottage among fabulous gardens

The Garden House is a peaceful stone cottage set in the historic gardens of High Glanau Manor, the home of H. Avray Tipping (1855-1933) the Architectural Editor of Country Life Magazine from 1907. High Glanau Manor is an important Arts & Crafts house set in 12 acres of gardens designed in 1922. The gardens retain many original features including formal terraces, octagonal pool, glasshouse, pergola and 100 ft long double herbaceous borders. There are spectacular views to the Brecon Beacons

Ty Nant Treehouse with covered hot tub

As you enjoy the short buggy ride down to the far end of our woodland you will be astounded when you come across our beautiful woodland cabin set in the treetops. You will immediately feel relaxed as you immerse yourself in the surrounding nature. Lounging chairs on the decking provide the perfect place for your morning coffee listening to the birds sing and soak away your stress in the wood fired hot tub then cosy up in front of the log burner and enjoy the tranquility of the woodland.

Whether you'd love to chill in your own peaceful garden, enjoy exhilarating sports in the Forest, explore the castle-rich borderlands of Wales or just need some peace to work with good wifi connections, this apartment, easily accessed by a ramp, would be ideal. We live across the garden should you need any help. Overlooking the treetops of the adjacent orchard, towards the beautiful Wye Valley and onward to the Forest of Dean, Treetops is a newly refurbished retreat for two people

The Studio House. Peaceful Rural Luxury +Alpacas

A unique and wonderful, detached, private, stone building peacefully set on our small farm in rural Herefordshire countryside. Alpacas + Black & White sheep roam nearby. Luxuriate in the deep roll top bath. Enjoy the excellent wood burner that will keep you warm and cosy (there are other heaters too). Bright & spacious with lovely views and lots of private outside space. GoodWifi. Kitchenette with oven/grill + hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Smart TV. Hammock.

The Stables: Cozy cottage with views and a hot tub

A very cozy detached cottage with incredible views over the rolling Welsh countryside. The open plan living space comprises of a Kitchen with full amenities, a sitting room, with a comfy sofa and a log burner. The bedroom has a very comfy King Size bed and a TV. The bathroom boasts a large shower and a double-ended roll top slipper bath. Outside is a large decking area with your own personal Hot Tub to relax in after taking on some of the many walks in the areas.

2 bedroom riverside cottage (for up to 4 people)

Be prepared for instant relaxation in this peaceful rural spot at an historic watermill on the banks of the River Monnow, the only sounds are those of the river and the local wildlife. Take a glass of wine or BBQ down to the river in the early evening and be sure to see the kingfisher flying down the river and trout jumping. Walkers can join the riverside Swan walk, which runs through the Ruthlin grounds and woods and fishing can be arranged on request.

The cabin is nestled in a private woodland with a further wild meadow, kept field and footpaths set in an exclusive fenced area of nearly five acres. This unique experience has everything you need for a restful and idyllic break from everyday life. Wake up to bird songs, while enjoying your own exclusive hot tub whilst sipping a glass of bubbly; it has everything you need for that perfect "rustic" getaway without compromising on quality and convenience.
