Little Acres Apartment (near Belvoir Castle)

Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1 and close to the A52. The Apartment is located on the first floor of our home, above the garages, ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.

Situated in the heart of the historic market town of Newark on Trent. Close to Newark Castle and the banks of the River Trent also a short walk from both railway stations (Northgate & Newark castle). The town hosts an abundance of restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and shopping in walking distance you'll be spoilt for choice. Recently renovated, spacious living accommodation including large walk in shower, kitchen including oven/hob, microwave & washing machine. Parking for one car to the rear.

My flat is self contained with its own entrance. It has an open plan kitchen / living room with full cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, washing machine and a full set of kitchen wares. The bedroom is separate with an en-suite shower room. Off road parking is available directly outside the flat. Garden area with seating is available. The flat is set in a quiet country location on the edge of a small hamlet with easy access to main roads. Nearby places of interest to visit include Belton House.
