The Willard Mill House - A Forest & River Getaway

Enjoy a stay at our newly renovated historic mill home in the quaint, small town of Willard, WA. We're nestled on the edge of Gifford Pinchot National Forest and just a stone's throw from the Little White Salmon River. Close enough to town (16 min to the Hood River bridge), but far enough away to relax and unwind. Our well is spring fed and glacial. It gets dark and quiet at night. Come reconnect.

Hood River OR Riverfront Timber Frame Studio Apt

Enjoy a quiet riverfront stay in the heart of the Hood River Valley. 500 sq ft apartment in a Craftsman timber-frame home with private entrance, parking, kitchenette, shared laundry, and the sound of the river, with some distant traffic noise from Tucker Road. Sit on the porch and relax watching the Hood River. Perfectly located for recreation or wine tasting, 40 mins. to skiing at Mt. Hood Meadows, and 10 to downtown breweries. Rate includes 8% Hood River County room tax. Self check-in.

Welcome to the "Parker Tract" river house, a modern retreat in the Columbia Gorge along the Washougal River with 200 feet of private riverfront and an incredible swimming and fishing hole. The house sits on just under two acres with beautiful forest, a huge lawn and fire pit, swing set, hot tub, 10-hole frisbee golf course, and all the privacy you could ask for only 45 minutes from Portland. The house is 2 BR, 2 BA. It is a perfect venue for a quiet weekend in a beautiful location.

Home within 10 minutes to burgeoning small towns of White Salmon and Hood River. Lots of walking/hiking bike trails and water sports galore.

Little Avalon

This newly upgraded family cottage has been a comfortably living accommodations for our kids and parent when needed. We were able to upgrade it with new floors, bathroom and kitchen for our new Airbnb guest to come stay and enjoy our wonderful Gorge. In this setting you are surrounded by the locals and we are just a 1/4 of an acre away. The kitchen has all the amenities and if you don't like coffee the quick way there is a coffee pot and french press for your coffee desires.

Elsie's View: Cozy Vintage/Modern Cabin

We are nestled in the woods within a stone's throw of the stunning White Salmon River. Our cabin dates to the 1920s (one of the oldest in the area but we recently updated it). 4 people max. We are best for 1 or 2 adult couples (one queen and one full size bed are available). A couple with one or two kids works okay too. What doesn’t work great are 4 adults who sleep separately since that means using the pull out couches downstairs. Well-behaved dogs okay with advance notice.

Secluded White Salmon River Cabin

A small, cozy cabin perched above the White Salmon River, just minutes from town. Enjoy the expansive 180 degree views from your private little forest oasis or take advantage of the central location to explore all The Gorge has to offer. We've recently renovated this private retreat to keep our visiting friends and family comfortable. Brian and Jessie welcome you to Acorn Cottage! This quaint 1910 cottage in a quiet neighborhood is a 4 minute walk to downtown Stevenson’s restaurants, shopping and breweries, and a 6 minute walk to the shore of the Columbia River. Located on a quiet street in Stevenson’s oldest neighborhood, Acorn Cottage offers guests a peaceful respite and the opportunity to ‘hide in plain sight’ in the heart of the Columbia River Gorge.

White Salmon Yurt Getaway

The yurt is a great place to disconnect and unwind in every season. We built it as a family and we’re excited to share it with you. Yurt has full kitchen, bath & laundry. Private road access, tucked in the back corner of our 5 acres. The hot tub is midway between our house and the yurt. It is solely yours to use during your visit. Please purchase Trip Insurance. We’re not able to make exceptions with cancellations.

Walking down the path from the parking area you will see the confluence of Canyon Creek and the Washougal River and cabin nestled amongst cedar trees where you will be staying. The cabin was originally built in the 1920's as a vacation home for a predominate Portland Judge. A century later and the spirit of this escape is alive and well with a full remodel providing modern amenities in a beautiful and rustic setting.
