Το "Πατρικό" είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο σπίτι του 19ου αιώνα στο Κατωχώρι Λευκάδας, δίπλα από τη κεντρική πλατεία του χωριού. Ο οικισμός απέχει μόλις δέκα λεπτά από το πολυσύχναστο Νυδρί, είκοσι λεπτά από τους παραλιακούς οικισμούς Σύβοτα, Βασιλική και μισή περίπου ώρα από τη πόλη της Λευκάδας.
