From its terrace you can enjoy amazing views of the Ionian sea, with its beautiful pristine sea & beaches. The terrace is SHARED with the studio next door, but each studio is independent.

An apartment in the middle of picturesque Mikros Gialos bay, on Lefkada island, Greece. Situated on the sea front, offers a unique view of the bay. It has two bedrooms with double bed, everyone with their own balcony. The second bedroom is a loft. It also has an open plan kitchenette suitable for basic self-catering, but with the nearest taverna just a minute’s walk away — and a handful of others within 5 minutes walking distance – you may well choose to use it only to make breakfast.

Στον παραλιακό οικισμό «Μικρός Γιαλός», στην Λευκάδα, σε απόσταση 100 μέτρων από την θάλασσα βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμά μας. Μόλις 400 μέτρα μακρυά η μαγευτική παραλία "Ρούδα". Στον κόλπο υπάρχουν παραδοσιακές ταβέρνες, καφέ και μίνι μάρκετ. Το διαμέρισμα, είναι νεόδμητο, 58 τετραγωνικά, διαθέτει 2 υπνοδωμάτια, ένα με διπλό κρεβάτι, και ένα με δυο μονά, σαλόνι με κουζίνα και καναπέ-κρεβάτι, μπάνιο, βεράντα με θέα στη θάλασσα, τηλεόραση 40'' LCD και AirCondition.

It is rare to find a small private accommodation for 2 people in a perfectly peaceful position enclosed by 5000m2 of private land and garden, within short walking distance of the busy and cosmopolitan Fiskardo and at only 50 meters from the nearest swimming spot. It's even unique. A 40 m2 one space apartment leading to a large terrasse of 30m with breathtaking views. The shore is so close that you can hear the music of the sea.

3 Bedroom Apartment with Sea and Garden View

The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It has a kitchen with all necessary equipment, 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathroom is located in the room with two single beds. Every bedroom has A/C and private balcony. There is no elevator in building and the windows have darkening curtains. There is not shutter. The apartment belongs to a Guesthouse called Villa Angela.

Vardia rooms & apartments

It's beutifull and cozy appartment in quite area with amazing view and easy access to the beach. It has garden enough big with many flowers and some trees. There are around many taverns ( about 7 ) and some grocerys (2 or 3) and the best period to visit is from May untill Octomber. The access to the beach is 100 metres by foot (1 minutes) or 200 metres by car. Thanks a lot nektarios!
