A brand new city villa with a swimming pool designed for your maximum comfort and pleasure.The location of the villa is the perfect combination of the tranquility of a countryside and the proximity of the center of the 3000 years old city of Pula.The house can accomodate 6-8 people and it consists of a ground floor with the kitchen and dining area with direct access to the outdoor terrace and the swimming pool,living room and bathroom, and the upper floor with 3 bedrooms each with its own bath.

Our place is 5 minutes by car from old center and from the sea &10 minutes from all beaches. Quiet place around the wood Busoler ideal for relax with a playground for kids. 350 meters away is City Mall Pula, near is karting and golf. Enjoy in 3000 years of history. Amphitheater and the old church St. Antony looking down to the sea to the attractive light cranes which are the modern miracle in the world. There is main square, Forum, Temple of Augustus and many attractive monuments to see.

Kuća "Belveder" sastoji se od jedne jednokrevetne prostrane spavaće sobe, dnevnog boravka s blagovaonicom i kuhinjom, te kupaonicom s walk in tuš, i perilicom rublja. Kuhinja je opremljena indukcijom, hladnjakom s ledenicom, perilicom suđa, aparatom za kavu, kuhalom za vodu i tosterom. Kuća ima prekrasnu terasu u hladu vinove loze.
