Bright and cheery in the bedrooms best suited for 2-4 adults or family with children. Wonderful sound of the river throughout the property. Step outside to hundreds of miles of biking and hiking trails, and stocked lakes and streams. Well maintained paved state road to cabin driveway. The house is 20 minutes West of Harrisonburg VA and JMU.

You’ll love our place because of the friendly people, the backyard with ponds and patios, the quiet neighborhood, the comfortable beds, the close proximity to town, and hilltop views. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids).

The private suite has its own entrance with self-check-in via a keypad. Stay on a hilltop with a view that literally goes on for miles, overlooking the western Shenandoah Valley to the ridges of the Allegheny Mountains! Relax in hammock chairs on your private deck, while watching the sunset and sipping coffee that we've provided from a local roaster. Our goal is to make your stay as carefree and comfortable as possible - a true escape! A rural feel, but we're just a few minutes from JMU, EMU, and downtown, and an easy drive to many hiking trails and vineyards.

A peaceful, rustic setting in a historic town. Sleeps 1 - 4 guest. 15 mins from Harrisonburg, JMU and I-81! It is located close to popular tourist sites. The drive has beautiful views year around! It is a nice area for a walk or run. Located within walking distance of a country store, a church, and a Community Center - which can be rented out for events. We are only 15-20 mins from I-81. If you are looking for a place to rest to break up a long trip, this would be a nice place to stay!

Tiny Tree House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This brand new, 550 square foot tiny house in the trees has everything you need, and is designed with a local feel. Minutes from George Washington National Forest and dry river. The cabin is only 20 minutes from downtown Harrisonburg. Note that this cabin has one bedroom downstairs, and one bed upstairs in the loft area accessible by ship ladder style steps. The loft is a sleeping area but does not have it’s own door.

This light-filled, recently-constructed cottage highlights extraordinary views of The Massanutten and the Blue Ridge Mountains, the Shenandoah Valley, rows and rows of apple trees, and abundant wildlife. This two-story, romantic farm stay is base for all your area adventures like hiking in Shenandoah National Park or exploring The Shenandoah Spirits Trail.

Pondside Paradise

Welcome to our family’s little getaway. Our 12x20 cabin sits beside a 2.5 acre pond. Savor the evening beside a campfire listening to the nightfall on our Valley or from the porch swing. The cabin is 2 story with a small but full kitchen (complete with refrigerator, stove, microwave, & coffee maker) and the sleeping area upstairs. Please note that if you have mobility issues our place might not be right for you. Relax and enjoy being unplugged (no TV or Wi-Fi)

Riverfront Retreat rests on the banks of the North Fork of the Shenandoah River, just 2 miles west of Broadway town limits. We're within 20 minutes of Harrisonburg/JMU, less than an hour from Shenandoah National Park, 40 minutes from Massanutten Resort and only 20-30 minutes from several breathtaking caverns including Shenandoah, Endless, Melrose & Luray.

The Washhouse

We are conveniently located along Rt 33 about 10 minutes from EMU, JMU. The George Washington National Forest, Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, and numerous caverns provide endless opportunity for outdoor adventures. There is also abundant shopping and dining nearby in Harrisonburg, Dayton, or Bridgewater.
