Only few minutes from our beautiful old town Zadar, „Sol“ is a combination of natural textures and modern design created on memories. The living room opens onto a beautiful terrace equipped with an outdoor kitchen, ideal for preparing fresh and delicous dishes. There you will find kamado BBQ „Green Egg“, perfect for magical dinners in the company of close friends and family by the outdoor pool.

A Mediterranean style apartment on the ground floor with a spacious terrace and a garden only a couple of meters from the sea. There is a private deck in front of the house. A charming kitchen is well equipped for a relaxing stay. The aparartment has two double bed bedrooms so it can offer an accomodation for 4 people. Our guests can use a SUP to fall in love with stunning Šimuni. A beautiful beach with bars and lots of shade from pine trees is 1 min walk and a local shop is 3 min walk

Malý, moderný apartmán bez balkóna na druhom poschodí nového štýlového domu. Je vzdialený len 50 m od mora. Pozícia je ideálna na kúpanie, prechádzky po pláži. Apartmán je plne vybavený veľkou kúpelňou a spálňou, v menšej kuchynke je všetko potrebné na prípravu jedla. Je priam stvorený pre čas strávený vo dvojici. Aby ste aj pri neskorom príchode boli bez starostí, v apartmáne nájdete v chladničke vodu na osvieženie, kapsule na kávu na prvé ráno a v kúpelni jednorázový sprchový gél.

The house is located in a quiet part of the island, and if you are looking for peace and true rest it is the place for you. No neighbors. No noise The air is clean and the sea, the beaches are wild and there is no one on some of them. When the wind blows you can enjoy the view on the closed terrace The house is in the renovation phase, but your apartment is completely renovated ,bed linen and towels are provided. center distance 7km - Loud events and parties are not allowed

Shop and pebble beach are 5 minutes walk away and for those looking for fun, Zrće beach is 10km away by car.
