Lakehouse Estate is a newly completed home on 3 acres with private clear lake forming the centre piece. 4 of the 6 modern bedrooms each with ensuites over look the lake and face east so the sunrises are spectacular. If not a morning person simply hit the button and the auto block out blinds come down. The kitchen opens up to the lake across a large deck with BBQ. With your own mini beach, gym, large av room and separate kids room all will be entertained or escape and find your peace and quiet.

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. "Small" pets allowed, not big dogs. The yard is not fenced . Bunks there but no guard rail, please don not allow a young child to sleep there. It is the 11 th house around the curve in the road, at the first speed hump, on your right.
