Trout Cabin - River Nest Resort

The Cabin is fully equipped with everything you need, the kitchen is fully stocked, linens and towels are provided. We are a family run resort and strive to keep a fun, safe family atmosphere here on the property and ask our guest to do the same. We live on the property just down the river and are available or unavailable as you like:)

The main floor has an open kitchen, dining and living area with the bathroom and one bedroom. The upstairs has a bedroom with a queen and twin beds and a loft area with another queen bed. The cabin is dog-friendly with plenty of outdoor space for your four-legged loved one to roam.

The Solargon

The Solargon is inspired by elements of Asian yurts, Navajo hogons and Native American hidatsa lodges. Combined with passive solar design principles, the solargon is an octagonal structure designed to take full advantage of the sun. The vaulted ceilings and plentiful windows make the solargon bright and inviting. This is a perfect spot for solo travelers or couples looking for a quiet, off the beaten path place to get away from it all.

Our Dream Ranch sits on 70 gorgeous acres with room to hike to the Colorado River that borders our property. Relax at the stocked fishing pond or have a fire in our firepit. Golfing right across the road. Activity Center within 2 miles. Ski Resorts 45 minutes away. Very quiet and peaceful. You can bring horses for an additional fee of $20.00/horse/limit 2 horses. We have turn out available.
