Apartamento en el centro de Manzanares el Real. Dispone de calefacción y aire acondicionado. Terraza amplia con estupendas vistas a la Pedriza y al pueblo. Ideal para una persona o para seis. Urbanización con piscina. Tiene un gran supermercado Día en la misma urbanización. Tres habitaciones, dos de ellas con cama de matrimonio y una con dos camas de 90 (cama nido), baño completo y aseo. Salón-comedor amplio y luminoso con un cómodo sofá tipo cheslong. Está en una tercera planta sin ascensor.

Luminoso apartamento en tercer piso con ascensor, recién reformado con mucho amor donde poder disfrutar de la naturaleza y alrededores. El piso en urbanización tranquila con piscina (ABIERTA EN VERANO), zonas ajardinadas, parques infantiles, pistas de baloncesto y fútbol. Preciosos caminos desde la urbanización por los que pasear o montar en bicicleta. El centro del pueblo está a 10 - 15 minutos andando. La parada de autobús más cercana a 5 min y a 35 min en coche del centro de Madrid.
