Il soggiorno presso la struttura di Elisa è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. La casa è accogliente e dotata di tutto il necessario: cucina super attrezzata e aria condizionata indispensabile con le temperature di quest’anno. Elisa è stata sempre disponibile, gentile e sempre attenta alle nostre esigenze. Esperienza da ripetere.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und blieben einen Monat lang in Francescos Airbnb. Es eignet sich sehr gut für längere Aufenthalte. Die Wohnung ist angenehm hell, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf das Meer. Wir wollten weg von dem grauen Winter in Deutschland und hatten in San Sostene Marina im März wunderschönes Frühlingswetter. Die Landschaft und Pflanzenwelt ist beeindruckend! Und in nur fünf Minuten ist man mit dem Auto bei einem großen, kostenlosen Parkplatz am Strand. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Il posto tranquillo immerso nel verde e comodo ...nn manca nulla .....posizione ottima per visitare la splendida costa degli Dei con spiagge e mare meraviglioso ...... Consigliatissimo e se dovessi tornare in zona saprei già dove alloggiare ....😉

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte ed abbiamo trovato tutto pulito, sistemato e vicinissimo la scuola allievi carabinieri. Proprietario super gentile e accogliente. Ritorneremo sicuramente

Siamo stati in questo appartamento la penultima settimana di Agosto 2024. Già dalla descrizione e dalle foto utilizzate dai proprietari per presentare l'appartamento si intuisce che si tratta di un bell'appartamento, di recente costruzione, bene arredato ed in un contesto tranquillo ed elegante. Le aspettative, pertanto, erano molto alte: sono state ampiamente superate. - l'appartamento è spazioso, bene arredato e con tutti i confort necessari per non avvertire differenze con la propria casa; - Il giardino, molto curato con un bellissimo prato, ha un gazebo ed un barbecue che rendono le serate magiche: rilassanti e straordinariamente "estive"; - La spiaggia ed il mare (strepitoso) sono veramente a pochi metri; - A Caulonia e nei paesi vicini ci sono tutti i servizi ed il rapporto qualità prezzo è sempre molto corretto. Spero di cuore di poter trascorrere altre estati, con la mia famiglia, in questo splendido appartamento. Infine grazie a Giuseppe per la puntualità e la disponibilità.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, direkt am Meer mit Fels/steinküste, dadurch hat das Meer immer ein schönes Türkis und das Wasser ist sehr sauber. Parken auf dem eingezäuntem Grundstück und der Pool - der sehr groß ist- macht den Aufenthalt perfekt, auch dass draußen noch Tische zum Essen sind.. und natürlich die Außendusche… TOP Von hieraus kann man viele Orte gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Vermieter auch sehr nett… auch sein 92 jähriger Vater und sein Bruder… sehr herzlich Vielen Dank

Matteo è un host gentile ed affidabile. Attento ai dettagli, si è reso disponibile quando necessario. Alloggio nuovo in ottime condizioni. Lungomare e servizi raggiungibili a piedi. Ottima esperienza sotto tutto i punti di vista. Consigliatissimo

Beautiful view and an amazing family. The house is very village like and feels like it’s supposed to be. Love the vibe with many different fruit trees in the backyard, oranges, cactus, grapes, and a bonus olive tree. They even have cats all over the backyard, it was magical. The host is very responsive and friendly. He was one of our best so far!

Es war unbeschreiblich schön. Eine Freundin, welche Deutsch spricht, hat uns den exakten Weg beschrieben und uns in Empfang genommen. Natürlich war Gherly ( nicht Geltrude) auch dabei. Wir haben dann noch ein paar Tipps von Restaurants erhalten, die wir aber nicht genutzt haben, weil uns unser selbstgemachtes Essen mit lokalen Zutaten auf der kleinen gemütlichen Terrasse mit Meerblick und unglaublichem Sonnenuntergang viel besser gefallen hat. Und eines möchten wir besonders erwähnen: Die Gastfreundschaft von Gherly und deren Familie ist sehr sehr herzlich- als ob wir uns schon jahrelang kennen würden. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben, aber unser nächstes Quartier war schon gebucht.

Ci siamo trovate benissimo, abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ma era tutto comodissimo, pulito e confortevole . Il proprietario molto gentile e disponibile a dare info e anche per il chech in molto disponibile alle nostre esigenze. Complimenti !

Je recommande à 100% cet airbnb. L’appartement est neuf, propre et à une belle vue sur la mer. Il est très calme et bien situé. L’hôte est extrêmement disponible et à l’écoute. J’ai déjà effectué plusieurs séjours ici et je reviendrais. Un grand merci pour votre accueil et à très bientôt!

a very spacious and well equipped apartment in a quiet area. the highlight was definitely the large terrace which was always sunny. in the evenings you could watch the sun go down over the sea. rosella was very communicative and gave us many helpful recommendations for the area. we would definitely come back

Splendida casa indipendente con vista mozzafiato sopra badolato marina ,quel terrazzo con quel panorama lo porterò per sempre dentro .Mauro è una persona disponibilissima e ci ha dato tanti ottimi consigli ,la spiaggia è a 2 minuti di macchina molto ampia e per nulla affollata ,sono stato di domenica mattina e c'erano pochissime persone ,consiglio di visitare anche il paese di badolato in alto ,una perla tra le montagne .....

We had very good time. The place is right by the sea and despite is winter, in February, the weather is still warm. Might not be like in summer but there are beautiful walks on the beach you can do and if you are brave enough also swim. Nearby by there are so many beautiful medieval historic towns to visit and amazing landscapes. Mountain and see melt together making Calabria an amazing region. The fact that Italy is so narrow there you can visit 2 different seas in such short time distance. Alessandro was very helpful and the flat is super well made and organised. Perfect for a family like our. We loved it!

La VERA vita lenta! Se cercate relax, quiete e benessere qui lo troverete: posti bellissimi, bucolici, il silenzio, il mare (lo Ionio si conferma il più bello e sottovalutato in Italia), km di spiagge libere quasi deserte ad agosto, cibo buono (tanti ristoranti/agriturismi in zona a prezzi onestissimi) e ottimi vini. La villa è perfetta sia per gruppi di amici che per famiglie! Salvatore è un grande host, chiedete a lui cosa volete dalla vostra vacanza e vi saprà indicare le esperienze migliori. Tornerò!

Ondine is an absolutely pleasant host. The communication before our Journey to Capo Vaticano was great. We‘ve got all the Information in advance. We are also very grateful for recommendations in the „House Book“, we could visit a lot of places of beautiful Calabria. We also want to thank the property Manager Jack (Giacomo), he met us at the Apartment and was always available for every question. We were very happy with the House (Family of 5). Villa Sirena has everything you need for enjoyable stay: comfortable beds (!), air conditions in every room, laundry. We also enjoyed a beatiful view from a spacious Terrace. To the sea is about 3 Minutes by car. The Beach (Groticelle) is one of the most beautiful places we‘ve been. We thank Ondine for our restful stay in Villa Sirena and can absolutely recommend the house . Natallia & Family.

Sitio muy tranquilo con acceso desde la misma carretera pero sin ruido y con un gran parking. Los apartamentos están sitiados al lado de una piscina bastante grande y son cómodos. En nuestro caso estuvimos en una planta baja con acceso directo a la piscina, que se agradece por la tarde. Está cera de la playa de Grotticelle, con parking y donde se puede hacer snorkel.

We had an incredible stay at this property. The location was perfect, offering both tranquility and easy access to local attractions. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were exceptionally warm and responsive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, memorable getaway!

Appartamento completamente ristrutturato a due passi dal centro. Si raggiungono tutti i punti di interesse di Palmi a piedi. All'interno tutto è nuovo e pulito, gli elettrodomestici sono funzionanti. È presente aria condizionata in tutte le stanze.
