The Poolhouse

Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

12-minutes walk from Bewdley town centre and the River Severn, this lovely one-bedroom annexe with private access and free off-road parking is perfect for a relaxing time away. A small lake is nearby populated by ducks, a pair of swans . There are benches for sundowners while you watch the wildlife.

Fairways Annexe is found in Sinton Green situated 10mins drive from Worcester and beautiful Worcestershire countryside -some beautiful local walks, the R.Severn, Witley court and the Malverns, all on your doorstep . You have a private entrance (and key) and your own use of a large bedroom/sitting room plus en-suite with shower and toilet, also a silent fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. An iron, toaster plus crockery are available upon request.
