The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

Located in Shipton Green, Itchenor, The Willows is surrounded by large gardens with tennis court and heated swimming pool. Close to W. Wittering Beach and Itchenor Harbour, and with easy access to local walks, bike rides and waterside pubs. Near Chichester and Goodwood. 'WOW. Bosham (B) stylish en suite bedroom, self check in

This first floor room, in our self contained guest annexe, has independent access via a door on the drive. It is a large, bright and light double room with a decent sized ensuite shower room and a king size bed. There is a comfortable sofa and a bar/table for eating or working at. There is safe parking for your car on our private drive. There are no cooking facilities but there is a small fridge, kettle and toaster. Basic provisions will be provided so you can make tea, coffee and toast!

Peaceful seaside stay in beautiful Bosham village

Beautiful outhouse in Bosham village. 5 minute walk to Bosham Harbour and a 10 minute drive into Chichester and 15 minute drive to Goodwood. Enjoy the privacy of your own space with an exclusive eating area on the rear patio which has a table and sun loungers. Free parking available (10 min walk to Bosham train station and 7 min walk to Crate Cafe and the local Coop). You also have Marwicks restaurant on your doorstep. Very peaceful and close to everything you will need for your stay!

Lovely self-contained, light, airy and large (30m2) room just a 1 min walk from the beach. Own entrance, parking on driveway in front of front doors. A king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, en-suite bathroom (bath/shower) and a small private decked area. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. You can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard .

Light, bright coastal annex close to Harbour

Our spacious 2 bedroom semi-detached annex is a perfect base in which to enjoy the beautiful chichester harbour (within walking distance), the famous West Wittering beach and Goodwood. PS Steep stairs to twin bedded loft room only suitable for the nimble. --- GREAT NEWS --- This year we have added a Shepherds Hut to our annexe garden. This barn conversion is the perfect two bedroom getaway, located in the beautiful village of Itchenor. It is only a stones throw from West Wittering's stunning beach and also very close to Goodwood and the nearest town - Chichester.
