The Quarters at Rockwater is a 4-unit complex located along the Arkansas River Trail which is a biking & pedestrian trail that links the downtowns of Little Rock and North Little Rock and extends to scenic routes beyond. A mix of downtown vibrancy and small-town community make this a win-win option for guests who can also choose between the rental of only one unit or even all four. Unit A is a first level, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apt with an open kitchen, dining, and living space with private patio.

A private condo w/fabulous updates! There's a full kitchen & adorable dining room. There's also a comfy living room, w/ a fireplace & private patio, & guest bathroom downstairs. Upstairs is a master bedroom w/ bath, & a second bedroom & second bathroom. There's also a full size washer & dryer. It's close to main freeways, restaurants, shopping, medical facilities, downtown Little Rock and N Little Rock. This unit has 1 parking space, w/extra parking on the street, & access to an outdoor pool.

2nd floor apt is isolated from the other 3 in the building & has its own 122 sf deck overlooking our beautiful valley & pond. The spacious bedroom has a king sized bed. The full bath includes a stack washer/dryer. The living room has a pull-out couch & a dining table for 4 ppl. There is also a large coffee table & 2 end tables. Just off of the living room is the full kitchen. Both the living room & the bedroom have large flat-screen tv's. The wifi gives access to all streaming channels.

Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 bedroom and a full couch and pull out sleeper sofa in the living room for extra space. Single bathroom with standing shower, Full kitchen with elec. stove, and full refrigerator. Breakfast nook, and separate work desk/chair. The house is recessed on a private gated drive with parking available. Pet friendly.

You’ll love my place because of it's location. The best neighborhood in Little Rock. 1/1/2023. This is a non-smoking loft. Any detection of weed, cigarette, vape, cigar inside the unit will be charged $200 after the stay. No exceptions.

It was completely renovated as a certified historic rehabilitation in 2007, and is meticulously maintained. The apartment has 12 foot high ceilings, beautiful trim and details, original cypress flooring, quality, comfortable, practical furnishings, a well appointed and stocked kitchen ready for cooking, off street parking and exceptional charm.

Cameron's Cabana is located on a 3 acre tract.20 min from anything in Central Arkansas.Moments from I 40. Close to everything best describes this location with a great covered Cabana for outdoor enjoyment. A large field and fishing pond and fire pit area for your enjoyment. Frequently getting to watch families of deer grazing out front.There it's a ring camera approx 100ft down the drive in a tree monitoring 24/7 the driveway and parking area for the security of all.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

This second floor unit of a duplex has a fully fenced courtyard (common space for both units) with propane grill, and fire pit. A small grass area for pets to do their business. (Please pick up daily) upstairs balcony is private for upstairs unit. Super effective and quiet AC/heat. TV's have Roku service. No Smoking/Vaping inside.
