Kitchen, family room & half bath are located upstairs. Kitchen has dishes, utensils, cookware & small appliances. Downstairs has 3 bedrooms, washer/dryer, full bath. Crib and highchair provided. Blackstone griddle. Wireless internet. 3 TVs with steaming. Books, board games & cards.

Enjoy fishing, swimming, kayaking, and pedal boating from the owner's dock. Restaurants & activities minutes away. EV charging available on premise. The guest house is a separate structure with it's own hvac.

You'll have a personal dock to moor your own boat. Nearby marinas offer boat/jetski/paddle board rentals. There is a canoe and kayak on premises as well as various sized life jackets. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.
