Stone Cottage - Private Retreat!

Have you ever wondered what it would be like to stay in a stone cottage? This unique property has great history. It was built as a one room school house in 1836 and was active until 1914. Great studio living, with living room, bedroom, and dining area all combined in one large great room. Original exposed chestnut beams, and provide an airy and comfortable space to relax! The couple will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. it just renovated and just build it with an amazing hardwood floor, beautiful for one or couple to enjoy the night !!!my place is a mile to wynn hospital, downtown, utica auditorium, Utica University and Utica's best food places. I just add total 2 air conditioner and cover the sky windows to reduce the heat, and replaced the artic fan, so it is not too hot now. it you want to see the sky you can open it easy.

Two kayaks are available for use. Chenango Lake is known for its superb fishing so bring your poles. There is also an additional wood fire pit behind the cottage - we provide the firewood.
